Planning Fees
When you are ready to move forward with booking your trip, I'll collect my service fee. This fee allows us to research, plan, book, and manage every element of your vacation, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The travel planning process of research, creating, and revising a customized proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. The fee secures the time we need to start work on your trip and also ensures that you are committed to travel before we begin the research for your trip.
The professional planning fee varies based on the length and complexity of the trip and starts at $175. The fee entitles you to a maximum of three quotes for no more than two destinations.
For group travel, we will work with the group organizer to curate the perfect itinerary. Each traveling household or person will then work with us individually to align their travel arrangements with the group plan, while at the same time meeting their personal travel needs. The planning and research fee is $350 for the entire group.
